AOBA Welcomes Three New Board Members

The Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) is pleased to welcome three new members to its board of directors. 

• Scott Killian is the Deputy General Counsel of Southern Management Companies LLC, one of the largest privately-owned residential property management companies in the U.S. Prior to joining Southern, Scott was a partner at Linowes and Blocher LLP in the Real Estate Transactions group, where his practice focused on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
  
• Sasha Serpa is the Vice President of Sales for Quality Air Services, a leading HVAC company serving multi-family properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. One of his responsibilities as the elected Chair of the Associate's Leadership Council (ALC) is to represent their interests on the AOBA Board of Directors. Sasha has been an AOBA member for more than 6 years and is involved in multiple committees, including AOBA’s Community Outreach and Maintenance Mania Committees.
  
• Tiesha Hackley is a Property Manager at Brookfield Properties, one of the world's largest real estate managers. As the elected Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council (ELC), she will represent the ELC on the AOBA Board. Tiesha brings more than 9 years of multi-family real estate experience. She was recently named a Co-Chair of AOBA’s Emerging Leaders Council.
