AOBA Welcomes New Board Members
The Apartment and Office Building Association of Metropolitan Washington (AOBA) is pleased to introduce three new members to its board of directors:
- Antoinette Beverly is a Regional Property Manager with Boston Properties, the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of Class A office properties in the country. Antoinette has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Dorothy Hamilton is a Managing Director of Property Management at Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment company. Dorothy has been an AOBA member for seven years, spearheads AOBA’s K.E.E.P (the Knowledge and Excellence in Emergency Preparedness) Awards, and has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Lewis Shapiro is the Owner of Shapiro & Company, LLC, a full-service residential property management firm serving DC for over 50 years. Lewis is responsible for overseeing the residential property portfolio and the managing member handling special projects for the commercial portfolio. He serves as the Emerging Leaders Council representative to the Board.
“We are delighted that Antoinette, Dorothy and Lewis have joined our board of directors,” said AOBA Executive Vice President Margaret “Peggy” Jeffers. “Each joins AOBA at an exciting time as we continue to pivot and enhance our programs for members during this challenging year.”
