Mr. Greenberg is a litigator with a concentration on general commercial and residential real estate and business matters, including landlord-tenant issues, redevelopment of real estate, rent control, Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) matters, Human Rights claims (e.g., fair housing claims, housing discrimination claims and ADA reasonable accommodation claims), contract disputes, bankruptcy and post-judgment collections. Mr. Greenberg is a Member of the D.C. Superior Court’s Landlord & Tenant Rules Advisory Subcommittee (membership composed of various Judges, Landlord & Tenant Court and Superior Court staff and lawyers from both the Landlord and Tenant practices) a former Member of the Steering Committee for the DC Bar Section of Real Estate, Housing and Land Use. Licensed in all three metro-area jurisdictions (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia), he has litigated many cases at the state and administrative levels, representing landlords and developers in diverse areas of commercial and residential real estate and business litigation.
