Thank you for registering for AOBA's Holiday Party; we are looking for to seeing you!

Below are some important details for the event.

Registration

Please bring the QR Code you received in the event confirmation email with you. You will need that QR code when entering the Holiday Party. If you haven't received the confirmation email, please email events@aoba-metro.org to receive a new copy.

Parking Information

LAZ Parking is providing discounted parking at the following locations:

On-site Valet Parking is discounted at $25.
- To pre-reserve a parking space at the Fairmont Hotel, scan the QR code. Click on the (CLOCK Button) and adjust the time and date to 12/14/2023 at 5:00 PM.

- - You will receive a new QR code via email to present to the parking attendant.

Alternatively, you can self-park at 2445 M with an event rate of $10 starting at 5 pm, but you can't pre-reserve this option.

Atlantic Seafood Bar:

Steamed Bun Station:
- Coconut Curry Chicken with Sweet Potato Strings

Holiday Dessert Station:

After Party

We invite you to continue the celebration after the Holiday Party concludes! Due to high demand, we have added an additional bar. Attendees can stay and enjoy cocktails at the cash bars located in the hotel lobby.
