Virginia Fair Housing Certification
This course focuses on the current critical issues at the forefront of Fair Housing today. Students will be challenged to look past what they “know” and think about each fair housing topic anew. Join us for this 3-hour webinar to renew not only your Fair Housing Certification but your understanding of the law.
Who should take the class? Landlords, property managers, leasing consultants, owners of manufactured housing, the general public . . . anyone who sells, leases, owns, or manages residential property.
CEC’s Available: You will receive 3 continuing education credits for attending this event that you may apply to your NALP, CAM, CAPS, CAMT or CAS designation. This course can be submitted to the Virginia Fair Housing Board and Virginia Real Estate Board for fair housing requirements.

Patrick graduated from Bridgewater College with a Bachelor of Science and a major in Political Science and has been VAMA's CEO since May of 2000. He is an NAAEI Advanced Instructor and has 15 years of training experience specializing in operational management and legal/risk management concentrating on Fair Housing and Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act compliance. Patrick has a detailed knowledge of Fair Housing laws, both Federal and State, and even assisted in drafting code changes to the Virginia Housing Act designed to protect the integrity and availability of Fair Housing Reasonable Accommodation and Modification requests.
