Kevin BoyleVice President Northern Virginia and Maryland Operations, Red Coats, Inc

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech. He gained experience in operations management while working as the Operations Director of an aquatic’s management company.  He began working at Red Coats, Inc. in 2005.  Before becoming Vice President of Operations, he served as the Division Manager for Red Coats Northern Virginia region. He has extensive experience in operations management in both micro and macro settings. 

    Ginnette BrockDirector of Property Management, Monday Properties

    Ginnette oversees the daily operations of the firm’s 4 million square foot portfolio in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She leads a team of property managers and coordinates the service partners and third-party consultants that service the firm’s assets. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Ms. Brock was a Senior Property Manager in Washington, DC, managing the daily operations of over 1 million square feet of commercial office space.  Ginnette graduated from George Mason University with a degree in psychology and is an active volunteer with several local organizations.

    Karen Hunt, General Manager, Operations, Brookfield Properties

    Karen Hunt is a General Manager with Brookfield Office Properties currently overseeing property operations for over 1 million square feet of commercial office space in Bethesda and Silver Spring. Over her 22-year career in DC and Maryland, she has participated in many preparedness events and dealt with numerous emergency situations at various properties.  She was also a featured speaker at our State of Maryland Real Estate Market event earlier this year. Karen holds an RPA certification from BOMI International and a LEED Green Associate designation.

    LaNile DalcourDirector, Security & Life SafetyBrookfield Properties

    LaNile Dalcour is the Director of Life Safety and Security for Brookfield Properties for the DC, Virginia and Maryland regions where he oversees the security and life safety program for all of the commercial properties. He has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, life safety, and security. LaNile has served as Brookfield’s National Training Coordinator where he spent time conducting tabletop exercises and emergency preparedness training for Brookfield staff and tenants. For eight years LaNile worked at the Sears Tower as the Security Special Project Coordinator pre and post 9/11. LaNile currently serves as the Chair of AOBA's Emergency Preparedness Committee.
