The purpose of this session is to hear from you concerning the challenges you are facing in the current economic market and regulatory environment.  Your feedback and insights will help to inform the formulation of a communication strategy in which we intend to weave your stories into a compelling narrative in order to share your message with elected officials. 

We are particularly interested in hearing about your experiences with the following operational challenges:

• Tenant Screening
• Increasing operational costs and their effect on building maintenance
• Interacting with government agencies
• Rent delinquencies
