This course provides hands-on information that enables leasing, on-site, maintenance, vendors and executive staff to become proactive to prevent fair housing violations. It is a must-attend for the newcomer as well as experienced property management and vendors. This class is a basic course that also focuses on the statewide source of Income, the new protected class - transgender, and assistance animals in a virtual world.
