Russell Creel

Russell Creel is the founder of RJC Commercial Janitorial and Cleanroom Solutions and currently serves as VP of New Business Development, heading up the sales department. He is a passionate believer in the power of consistent cleaning to enhance a company’s reputation, protect its safety and boost overall morale.
Russ has built a reputation for excellent service over the company’s 33+ year history, and takes pride in the fact that RJC still partners with many of the same clients as it has since 1988, having never lost an account. He and his team continue to grow their business with an eye toward innovation. He has spearheaded many green initiatives in recent years and works hard to keep RJC’s cleaning services cutting edge.
Prior to starting RJC, Russ worked for 15 years in the commercial property management business in the Baltimore Washington corridor. This experience equipped him to be a true partner to his valued clients because he understands their challenges and helps to overcome them. Russ enjoys forging and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing insightful industry information as well as a strong sales and service perspective on how to grow his clients’ business.
