Thank you for registering for AOBA's Annual Meeting; we are looking for to seeing you!
Below are some important details for the event.
Registration:
Please bring the QR code included in your event confirmation e-mail. The email is from AOBA (team@aoba-metro.org) with the subject line: AOBA: 2025 Annual Meeting Attendee Confirmation. You will need it to check in at the Annual Meeting. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, please contact bwhite@aoba-metro.org to request a new copy.

Seating Assignments:
View seating assignments. If your company purchased a table or if you are part of any of the following groups, you will be seated together:
- Board of Directors
- Alliance Board of Directors
- Emerging Leaders Council
- Associate's Leadership Council
- VIPs
All other seats are open for general seating.

Parking is available on-site at the Salamander
Dress Code:

Menu:
Lunch will begin with a mixed green salad with carrots, English cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bubu aare with soy sesame dressing. The second course will feature chicken roulade with wild mushroom and spinach stuffing, roasted garlic potato puree and salsa verte. The vegetarian dish is a risotto cacio & pepe pearled barley, pecorino crema, tellicherry peppers, oyster mushrooms, and celery salmoriglio. Dessert will include a chocolate and non-chocolate option.
