Montgomery County Fire Chief Thomas Carr and his staff met with AOBA in early July to evaluate the process that took place between the County and the owners of a residential high-rise who chose to enter into a voluntary fire safety protection systems agreement with the County.  The meeting’s goal was to identify the challenges created by the first time agreement, and to develop a more efficient plan for the future.
