DC Hosts Emergency Preparedness Seminar for Businesses
On Sept. 29th, the DC Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agencyl hosted a forum on “The Business Community and Emergency Preparedness”. The program’s purpose was to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of how to maintain business continuity during major disasters, and at the same time, help the District’s efforts to create a safe and secure environment for DC residents.
