DC Publishes New Lead-based Paint Disclosure and Tenant’s Rights Forms
The District’s Department of the Environment recently published revised lead-based paint disclosure and tenants’ rights forms to comply with changes to the law resulting from passage of the “Lead Hazard Prevention and Elimination Amendment Act of 2010”.
