With three, full-time registered lobbyists on staff, AOBA’s non-partisan government affairs activities in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia provide members with substantial savings in utilities, property taxes and other regulatory fees-- savings that enhance the value of your membership investment and ultimately save significant dollars for owners, tenants and residents.
Education, Information Exchange and Community Outreach
Throughout the year, AOBA provides professional development and certification opportunities. A special educational focus is placed on helping members attain their on-going energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
