New Fire and Life Safety Resource Available to AOBA Members

In response to recent high-profile fires in Maryland, AOBA is taking proactive steps to help educate tenants regarding steps they can take to improve fire and life safety in their residences.  At the request of several housing providers, AOBA has developed a flier that can be customized to individual multifamily properties and disseminated to residents to help raise awareness of best practices to prevent a fire, and what to do in the event of an emergency.  This FREE resource details actions that tenants can take to greatly reduce the likelihood of a fire starting, ensure life safety equipment functions as intended, and arms renters with actions that can save their lives in the event that a fire does break out.
