AOBA Appoints New Leadership for DC and Maryland Government Affairs Committees

AOBA is pleased to introduce you to our new leadership for the Maryland and DC Government Affairs Committees.

DC Government Affairs Committee: Alison Punsalan
of Foulger-Pratt joins Sean Warfield of Tishman Speyer as Co-Chair of the DC Government Affairs Committee. Alison brings to the Committee more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. She serves as the Senior Vice President of Property Management for Foulger-Pratt, a local real estate and development firm. Alison also serves on AOBA’s Board of Directors.

Maryland Government Affairs Committee: Luke Lanciano of Bernstein Management Corporation joins the Maryland Government Affairs Committee as Vice-Chair. He joins Harald Mangold of Scott Management, Inc. who serves as Chair. Luke brings more than 10 years of knowledge and experience in commercial and multifamily residential real estate. He serves as the Compliance Administrator for Bernstein Management Corporation, a real estate and property management organization. Luke is currently a member of AOBA’s Emerging Leaders Council. 

Alison and Luke are talented leaders with critical industry expertise. We are excited that they agreed to help lead DC and MD Government Affairs Committees,” said Peggy Jeffers, AOBA’s Executive Vice President. “We look forward to their contributions.”
