Rising Leaders Network

AOBA launched this initiative in 2011 geared to multifamily and commercial property managers with less than seven to ten years of industry experience. The 2011 and 2012 programs drew nearly 70 AOBA-member property managers who expressed a desire to enhance their professional development skills, build a network of peers, and become more engaged in AOBA.
