BOMA International
National Representation Through BOMA and NAAAOBA is federated with the Building Owners and Manager Association International (BOMA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Through these affiliations, AOBA members are represented on Capitol Hill and before federal agencies, and have access to research and information, and forums for networking with peers across the country at the BOMA and NAA National Conventions.
BOMA was founded in 1907 as the National Association of Building Owners and Managers. Today, BOMA International represents 92 local associations throughout the United States and 13 international affiliates. BOMA's 16,500-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of commercial properties in North America. Consider BOMA International as a primary source of information on office building development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation and occupancy statistics.
