Congratulations to the 2010 -2011 Local TOBY Awards Winners!

Now in its 26th year, the TOBY Awards program is recognized as the most distinguished award program in the commercial real estate industry.  At this year's program, held June 11th at the JW Marriott, AOBA recognized the achievements of three 2010 local winners - a building in DC, in Northern Virginia, and in Suburban Maryland.  

As part of the TOBY process, all facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated during an on-site building inspections and portfolio judging. This includes such areas as tenant relations programs, community involvement, emergency evacuation and procedures manuals and continuing education for building personnel. Floor plans and photographs complete the required portfolio.
